We are looking for an administrative assistant for part-time remote work with our client. This position is suitable for you who are studying, have another part-time job, or are looking for a flexible job alongside other commitments.

As an administrative assistant, you contribute to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently by handling administrative tasks and supporting the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Managing emails and simple correspondence
• Updating and administering documents and registers
• Scheduling meetings and providing planning support
• Assisting the team with ongoing administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Has good computer skills
• Can work independently and communicate clearly
• Communicates in Swedish or English
• Previous experience in administrative work is a plus but not a requirement

About the position:

• Location: Remote / from home
• Scope: Casual employment with flexible working hours (day, evening, and weekend)
• Start: Immediately
