Job Description

Randstad Life Sciences is currently seeking a consultant in Uppsala for an exciting assignment as a Production Engineer. The assignment is intended to start immediately and last for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

The role of the Production Engineer primarily involves being a daily support to production, and the tasks will include deviation management, driving Change Control cases, troubleshooting process equipment, supporting complaint cases, and driving investigations regarding complaints.

Responsibilities

·        Deviation management

·        Drive Change Control cases

·        Troubleshooting process equipment

·        Contact maintenance department and/or contractors.

·        Collaborate with R&D on new product projects and product care projects.

·        Act as support in complaint cases and drive investigations regarding complaints.

·        You will also drive improvement work, update production documents, and perform and document risk analyses, etc.

Qualifications

We would like you to meet the following requirements:

·        Master's degree or equivalent with a focus on biotechnology/chemical engineering/mechanical engineering or similar educational background.

·        Previous experience in manufacturing/biotechnology.

·        You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

·        Good knowledge of process and product development

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,

Previous experience with column packing is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Unicorn, Oracle, Magic, Veeva is also a plus.
