Are you an experienced HR consultant – or on your way to becoming one?

Andara Group is currently seeking skilled HR consultants for various assignments in Malmö and the Skåne region! We collaborate with many different clients who continuously request expertise in HR for both short-term and long-term interim assignments – full-time or part-time.

Do you have broad experience in HR, labor law, and leadership? Then you could be the right person for one of our assignments. Examples of assignments we often fill:

* Covering during recruitment processes that take longer than expected or during parental leave

* Temporarily replacing HR specialists or managers

* Leading projects in reorganization, change management, or salary mapping

As a consultant through Andara Group, you control and plan your own daily routine. You choose the assignments that suit you best – based on your availability, skills, and development goals. We offer assignments with clear frameworks, concrete expectations, and personal matching.
