Recruiter for the Staffing Unit BoUF

Do you have a talent for finding the right people for the right place? We are now looking for a new recruiter for a permanent position at the Staffing Unit BoUF.

At the staffing unit, the unit manager, two recruiters, administrators, and staffing assistants work together effectively, providing excellent opportunities for collegial support in the role. We have a dynamic working method towards the operations we collaborate with, and the tasks are varied. Your workplace will be in Östersund Municipality's newly renovated city hall with an activity-based working approach at Rådhusgatan 21C.

The employer offers flexible working hours, and we work weekdays during office hours with the possibility of remote work, which provides good conditions for a sustainable balance between work and private life.

Your New Job

Your main task will be the recruitment of temporary substitutes for our operations in preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, and after-school care within the Department of Education. This means you will have independent responsibility for contacting and scheduling candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, gathering employment documentation, taking references, making a comprehensive assessment, and matching candidates to the operations. In Östersund Municipality, we work with competence-based recruitment. You will work daily in ReachMee, Heroma, and Refapp.

You will also be an active part of our marketing efforts, where we visit various schools and educational institutions to attract students to apply for temporary positions within our recruitment areas.

Your Competence

Requirements

  • Degree from the Human Resources and Labor Program or other education deemed relevant by the employer
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Experience in the operational area
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills

Meritorious

  • Experience in competence-based recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment work
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Experience working with the systems Heroma, ReachMee, and Refapp
  • Driver's license B

In this role, it is important that you are proactive and structured, and that you have the ability to quickly become self-sufficient in the recruitment process. You communicate clearly and ensure that the recipient has understood your message. In your work, you have a good ability to see the whole picture of the operations and take into account the larger perspective based on your role. You are good at collaborating with others in a responsive and smooth manner.
