Business Developer in the Disability Sector
Do you want to work on an exciting assignment where you have the opportunity to influence and develop operations within the Disability Sector? Then you should apply for the position of Business Developer with us.
The Disability Sector has about 1,200 employees and is one of two sectors within the Health and Care Administration. In the role of Business Developer, you will be part of the sector management and organizationally placed directly under the Sector Manager. You will become part of a competent team consisting of business developers, quality managers, operational managers, method developers, researchers, and the sector manager. The position is newly established and will initially, and for a longer period, have a particular focus on business development based on the work environment investigation that has recently been conducted in the sector.
Your placement is at Krondikesvägen 60, but you will also work at our other workplaces in central Östersund. The work covers office hours, 40 hours a week, with the possibility of flexible working hours.
Start date is according to agreement.
Your new job
In the role of Business Developer, you will have a strategic key role with significant freedom of action and the opportunity to make a real difference. Your task is to initiate, lead, and follow up on change and development work related to the work environment investigation and the developed work environment action plan, with a particular focus on managers' work environment. You will drive quality-enhancing measures based on the work environment action plan, be responsible for follow-up, and, if necessary, produce well-founded decision-making materials. Other tasks related to business development may also be included, in addition to the work environment action plan.
You will also work with environmental monitoring to learn from and be inspired by other actors who have carried out similar assignments. In the role, it may also be relevant to represent the sector in collaboration and in various forums. As support in your work, you will use several systems, including Ciceron, which is used for efficient management of documents and cases, Canea, a management system for routines, and Stratsys, which serves as support in operational planning.
As an employee in the sector management, you will work closely with the sector manager, your colleagues within the sector management, and other managers in the organization. You are both a strategic and operational support and an important partner.
With us, you will meet an employer who values participation and wants you to develop. We offer opportunities to grow both in depth and breadth.
