Östersund Animal Hospital is looking for a receptionist for a parental leave cover.

Östersund Animal Hospital is a 24/7 open animal hospital with about 60 employees. Since February 2022, we have been part of IVC/Evidensia. Our goal is to deliver high-quality animal healthcare with high availability and with care and consideration for our employees, our patients, our pet owners, and our environment. The animal hospital is an important referral institution in northern Sweden, and we offer advanced orthopedic and surgical procedures as well as intensive and inpatient care around the clock in our fine facilities. We have a close collaboration with Ejra Animal Clinic and Åre Animal Clinic where we assist each other with staffing and continuously hold joint internal training to develop our competence. Since our employees are the most important to us, we strive to do that little extra; we offer a generous wellness allowance of 3000 SEK per year, massage chairs at the clinics, and are connected to occupational health services, etc. We invest heavily in internal training to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop in their professional role. Within Evidensia, there is also a wide range of courses, training, articles, and more available on the intranet. Who are we looking for? We are now looking for someone who is experienced in customer service and values customer interaction. You are passionate about ensuring that our customers receive a good reception and feel safe when they come to us. You easily integrate into a team and are solution-oriented. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and flexibility.
