We at the Resource Center are looking for someone passionate about staffing processes
Together, we are a service unit for Härjedalen Municipality in the staffing process by ensuring that the right person, with the right skills, works in the operation at the right time. As a staffing and recruitment planner, you play an important role in ensuring the operation functions.
Probationary employment may be applied. Start date according to agreement.
Job Responsibilities
As a staffing and recruitment planner at the Resource Center in Härjedalen Municipality, this temporary position will have a particular focus on recruiting substitutes for the municipality's operations. Working as a staffing and recruitment planner in the HR department and the Resource Center unit in Härjedalen Municipality involves rapid changes and high demands for ensuring the right personnel are booked for the right assignments.
We are responsible for solving short- and long-term absences and, if necessary, recruiting new hourly substitutes for the operations. You will work with the entire recruitment process from start to finish and need to be comfortable conducting interviews and taking references independently. We use the software TimeCare for staffing planning and Webcruiter for recruitment.
Based on your role as a staffing and recruitment planner, you may also be involved in development work or follow-up of results related to staffing and recruitment. It is an exciting and developing job where no two days are alike.
The workplace is in Sveg with the possibility of remote work.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and computer skills.
- Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
Meritorious:
- Documented experience in sales and work experience from the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Experience in customer service, administration, and/or coordination.
Desirable:
- Experience with the systems TimeCare and Webcruiter.
- Experience working in public operations.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
