Your mission – create world-class service! Your responsibilities include:

  • Strive for continuous improvement and development by actively identifying areas that can impact the customer experience – you make a difference every day!

  • Take ownership and responsibility for all inquiries across our various channels. You ensure that every customer receives the attention and service they deserve.

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently at the first contact. If something is difficult to resolve immediately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the customer feels secure and can rely on receiving guidance until the issue is resolved.

  • Work with a varied customer flow from subscription questions to booking eye exams via phone and email. You will have the opportunity to grow in your role by mastering all the systems that make the work both efficient and exciting.

  • Become an important link between the customer and Synsam, where you play a key role in creating a positive and long-term relationship by always putting the customer first.

  • Take responsibility for being communicative and quality-conscious while managing work in a fast-paced environment and working towards set goals.

Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for a driven and engaged person who is passionate about creating successful customer relationships. We believe that you:

  • Know how to build trust with words. Speak fluent Swedish and feel comfortable understanding Norwegian, both spoken and written.

  • Are results-oriented and love to set goals – and exceed them!

  • Feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously and find technology enjoyable.

  • Are a person with a positive attitude and the ability to see solutions where others see obstacles.

  • Experience in service and/or customer support is a plus.

You are curious and want to learn more and feel responsible for resolving the customer's issue. To thrive in the role, we see that you both give and receive energy in interaction with others and that you are a pronounced team player. Furthermore, you have the ability to think outside the box and an inherent detective who loves to sort out issues and invoices. Not least, you are communicative and quality-conscious and used to working in a fast-paced environment with set goals.

More about the position The position is full-time, Monday to Friday between 08:15-18:00, and you will work 08:15-17:00 or 09:15-18:00 in a rotating schedule. The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Selection will take place after the new year, and the start date for the position and group training will be in early March. We have a collective agreement and offer a fixed salary as well as wellness benefits and great employee discounts.

About the workplace Since the summer of 2023, we have had our customer service department in Frösön, in our state-of-the-art production and innovation center.
