Rent Administrator

As our current rent administrator moves on to new challenges, the Property Department is seeking their successor. As a rent administrator, you will be responsible for invoicing and managing receivables. You will work closely with our rental agent and be part of an administrative team.

The Property Department of Härjedalen Municipality is also tasked with managing and being responsible for the property portfolio of Härjegårdar Fastighets AB. We are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of the municipality's properties, as well as those of Härjegårdar Fastighets AB, and we have nearly 50 employees.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Location: Sveg.

Job Responsibilities

  • Invoicing and charging of rents.
  • Manual charges, credits, reallocation of rents, as well as additions and deductions.
  • Processing routines for various payment solutions for payments and notifications, such as direct debit and electronic payments.
  • Registration of payments for rents and invoices, as well as handling refunds.
  • Customer invoicing, other external invoices, and control of rental and customer ledgers.
  • Debt collection for rents and invoices, reminders, collection cases, establishing repayment plans, and eviction cases.
  • Contact with customers and various authorities such as banks, CTD agencies, collection agencies, social services, and enforcement authorities.
  • Contract writing for rental agreements.
  • Reconciliations and administrative support.

System Responsible for the Property System Vitec Hyra:

  • Management of control parameters and authorization systems.
  • Changes and new registrations in the system for rents, discounts, property portfolios, and annual rent adjustments.

Webmaster for the website Härjegårdar.se:

  • Responsible for the content of the website and making all changes to text, images, and drawings.
  • Processing images and drawings for inclusion.

You will report to the property manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages, such as English, is a merit.
  • Driver's license B. It is an advantage if it is a manual transmission.
  • At least a high school diploma with a focus on economics or rental administration, and several years of experience in the field.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in rental administration in the Vitec system for at least 6 months, covering both commercial and residential properties.
  • Knowledge of rental legislation.

Before a hiring decision is made, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted based on experience and knowledge. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
