As a Financial Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function. The role is broad and varied, encompassing both operational and strategic financial work. You will work closely with the business and actively contribute to monitoring, analysis, and further development of the company's profitability and financial management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Ongoing bookkeeping as well as accounts payable and receivable
• Accounting and reconciliations
• Payroll administration in collaboration with an external payroll agency
• Reporting, monitoring, and financial analysis
• Liquidity planning and payment and cash flow monitoring
• Handling of incoming and outgoing payments, receipts, and card transactions, including foreign transactions
• Development and responsibility for financial routines and internal support processes
• Collaboration with an external accounting firm

The role involves close collaboration with the local management team. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow into a larger strategic responsibility and eventually become part of the management team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant degree in finance at the college or university level, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with financial systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and analytical. You are structured, have good prioritization skills, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You are flexible, unpretentious, and have an eye for detail even when the pace is high.
