Do you want to help create a workplace where people thrive, develop, and feel included? For us, People & Culture is more than processes – it’s about building a culture where every individual makes a difference. We are now looking for an engaged People & Culture Specialist who wants to contribute to our journey forward – in the heart of the Jämtland mountains!

About the role

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will be a driving force in our P&C processes and initiatives. You will ensure that the employee journey – from the first day to the last – is smooth and positive. You are an important support for our managers and a cultural bearer who helps us live our values in everyday life. You will report to our P&C Manager Nordics in Mattmar, where Payroll is also part of the team. Your main focus will be the site in Mattmar, but the department is also responsible for Nord-Lock Group's P&C operations throughout the Nordic region. Additionally, you will be part of our global P&C function, a network of wonderful colleagues around the world.

In the role of P&C Specialist, you will, among other things:

  • Be the natural point of contact for managers in P&C matters
  • Ensure that onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes occur smoothly
  • Drive engagement initiatives and follow up on employee surveys
  • Promote a culture based on collaboration, respect, and development
  • Support recruitment and help us find the right talents
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal guidelines
  • Be involved in developing our processes for an even better employee experience

Who are you?

You are someone who thrives in a changing environment and has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. With your communicative and solution-oriented approach, you build trust and find ways forward. You have a genuine interest in people and can connect this to the organization's goals and strategies.

We would like you to have:

  • A degree in P&C/HR or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in qualified P&C work
  • Good knowledge of labor law and P&C-related processes
  • The ability to build relationships and create trust
  • Good language skills in Swedish and English
  • High integrity and professionalism

We offer you

Nord-Lock is a company with positive development; we work in modern premises where safety and working environment are high priorities. Through our collective agreement, you benefit from insurance, reduced working hours, etc. We also have wellness benefits and organize enjoyable staff activities regularly. We offer the possibility of remote work for roles where the business allows it, but the majority of working hours will be spent at the factory in Mattmar.

We strive for diversity – we believe that differences promote creativity, well-being, and good results. We offer you an exciting workplace with a breadth of competencies that provides good opportunities for professional development in your daily work.

We are proud to create a work environment where ideas are encouraged, where you can take responsibility, and where we together build something that makes a difference!
