Quality Developer with a Focus on Risk

Do you want to help develop our working methods within the CEO staff and contribute to risk management at LF Jämtland and other regional insurance companies? We are looking for someone who wants to work systematically with risk management and internal governance in a one-year role, as we begin to sell services to other regional insurance companies, with the possibility of extension.

As a quality developer with a focus on risk, you will work in the CEO staff, close to management and other regional insurance companies. You will support the person responsible for the risk management function in dealing with operational risks as well as business, market, insurance, and sustainability risks. You will also support other functions within the CEO staff.

You will coordinate and develop working methods related to the corporate governance system, risk management, and internal control. In the role, you will analyze risks, propose improvements, and support the business in matters that affect the company's quality and risk level.

Your responsibilities will include:

• managing and developing governing documents, particularly for risk management
• identifying and analyzing risks in projects and operations
• assessing risks and developing action plans
• participating in the preparation of risk reports for the CEO and board
• managing operational risks in Stratsys
• supporting the security function and contributing to continuity planning

You will be part of the first line of defense and work on developing and following up processes to identify and manage risks. You will also support the security function and drive risk analyses and interruption plans.

We are looking for someone with an academic or post-secondary education. You have experience analyzing and drawing conclusions from complex information, or the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas. The same applies to knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and instructions.

You express yourself well in speech and writing and enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization. You work systematically, are meticulous, and can handle large amounts of information and data. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Excel.
