The Employment and Integration unit within the Social Administration is now looking for a driven and structured coordinator to work with the municipality's skills supply in close collaboration with project leaders and other municipal units.
The Social Administration consists of 600 employees with a broad range of tasks. The administration is divided into five operational areas. Employment and integration is part of individual and family care, where our main mission is to support individuals into work or studies.
The Role of Coordinator within Skillpoint
About the Assignment
Skillpoint Krokom is a feasibility study aimed at mapping needs, opportunities, and obstacles related to skills supply within Krokom municipality. The goal is to develop a collaboration model together with other municipal units that can later be tested in an implementation project.
As a coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and conducting workshops, interviews, and other activities aimed at achieving the goal.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up activities within the feasibility study
- Support the project leader with administration, documentation, and reporting
- Schedule and conduct meetings, workshops, and dialogues with internal and external stakeholders
- Together with the project leader compile materials, surveys, interviews, and other collected data
- Contribute to the development of the final report and recommendations
- Ensure good communication within the project and with relevant operations
Your Competence
Requirements:
- Relevant university education for the assignment
- Good organizational skills and experience in creating structure
- Experience in development work
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and proactively
- Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
- Experience in labor market issues, skills supply, or similar areas
- Experience in project or process work
- Experience working within a municipality, especially Krokom municipality
Other:
- Driver's license (B)
Additional Information
Project employment: February 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension).
Start date: no later than March 1.
The position as a coordinator at 50% can be combined with other tasks if there is a desire to work more than part-time. We are also looking for roles such as administrator and employment consultant that can be combined with this position.
