We are now looking for a qualified employee with broad knowledge for the role of administrator in land and development at Östersund Municipality.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in the relevant field and a genuine interest in development. Important qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school education combined with practical experience in relevant areas.
- Experience: Previous work experience in a similar field such as the land surveyor, real estate agency, property office, or planning/building permit department is required.
- Personal qualities: As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You enjoy working independently as well as closely with others. Your flexibility, service-oriented attitude, and creativity enable you to develop and improve routines with commitment. We also value your curiosity and willingness to learn, grow, and develop together with us.
Your responsibilities
Examples of your responsibilities:
- Handle invoice documentation and follow up on payments.
- Establish delegation decisions and monitor legally binding decisions.
- Manage simpler building permit referrals and neighbor consents.
- Handle archiving and register documents in the systems.
- Process property tax assessments and manage mortgage administration.
- Order servitudes, apply for land registration, and communicate with the Land Surveyor's customer center.
- Build and maintain structure around developed properties, including register management.
- Handle incoming mail.
- Administer parts of the municipality's website.
- Act as secretary at meetings and manage meeting logistics.
