Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration
The Business Support Information Management provides services and expert support to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency by managing, developing, executing, and supporting the agency's information and document management, as well as managing and developing the general case handling support for maximum benefit. Our support ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and contributes to effective administration and good service based on the needs of the business and the long-term goals of the agency. Our area is responsible for cross-functional objects, and planning and collaboration with other objects and parts of the organization is a central part of the mission. Therefore, it is important that you have a good ability to communicate and navigate in a complex environment and collaborate with others.
As a business developer, you work to translate needs into requirements in concrete development initiatives. You are an important cog in our cohesive development management and support managers and management teams in development issues. Together with your colleagues, you work to prioritize, plan, and follow up at a holistic level, combined with preparing, planning, following up, and, if necessary, driving individual development initiatives. You are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to realizing the agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate these into concrete activities.
The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments relevant to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing potential consequences for the agency based on this. The work also includes participating in various networks and, among other things, participating in preparations and business planning.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness if you are to work with us.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
- has several years of experience in the relevant business area and/or business development
- has very good knowledge of change and development processes
- has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
- has good organizational understanding and can translate this into the business
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has the ability to create a useful network
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you
- have good knowledge of and understanding of the laws and regulations governing the information management area
- have experience in working with business development, analysis, and requirements work in a government agency
- have experience working in a large public organization.

Other
Number of positions: permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the job allows.
