In this role, you will join an area that works with structural collaboration within the sickness insurance system. The area consists of four different functional responsibilities with various focuses. You will work with healthcare collaboration from a national perspective, where you will engage both operationally and in the development of healthcare collaboration.

Development, collaboration, cooperation

As a collaboration manager with a focus on national healthcare collaboration, you will serve as a strategic and operational support in the department for the sickness insurance's work with structural healthcare collaboration. Your mission includes being a support in collaboration for managers within the department, and you will operate collaboratively with one or more healthcare regions based on agreed working methods. Your task is also to contribute to the national development of healthcare collaboration within sickness insurance. You will do this in close cooperation with others in your functional responsibility, business developers, and other functions both within and outside the department for sickness insurance.

• has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
• has the ability to create a useful network of contacts and relationships that can be used to achieve goals
• has good collaboration skills and is willing to share knowledge and experiences to achieve common goals
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for results of high quality
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• communicates clearly, concisely, and structured.

It is an advantage if you

• have very good knowledge of the regulations governing coordination and collaboration
• have experience working with collaboration in healthcare, especially at a structural level
• have experience in business development
• have experience in case management within sickness insurance.

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment.
