Job Responsibilities
As a document handler, you will work administratively to transfer various documents from paper to digital format. This involves processing, scanning, and verifying forms/invoices.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working administratively in a production setting. We see you as structured, efficient, flexible, and meticulous. You are reliable and willing to work, and you believe it is important to maintain order in production. Previous experience in administrative work is an advantage but not a requirement. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a prerequisite, and since some parts of the work are performed at a computer, quick fingers are a plus!
Additional Information
Workplace: Iron Mountain, located at Odenskogsvägen 27 in Östersund. You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup and work as a consultant at Iron Mountain.
Scope: Temporary employment at 80-100% for approximately 1.5-2 months starting from early April to the end of May, with a chance of extension.
Working Hours: Weekdays 08:00-16:30. Working hours may change if production requires it. Therefore, we expect you to have a flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Salary: Guaranteed salary according to agreement. (80%)

Recruitment Process
