Today, about 25 wonderful employees work at the Östersund office, providing services in both accounting and payroll. As a Group Manager with us, you will work in a broad and developing role where you will have personnel responsibility for about 10 fantastic accounting consultants. Job Responsibilities

In the role of Group Manager, you will have the ultimate personnel responsibility for about 10 accounting consultants. You will be the consultants' closest sounding board and responsible for the ongoing operations. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the office manager, who will also be your immediate supervisor. Together, you will work to develop the accounting team and contribute to Klara Consulting's overall development and growth. The position places a strong emphasis on leadership and personnel management to optimize both productivity and well-being. You will work closely with daily operations and also work operationally with accounting to some extent.

Your main job responsibilities and areas of responsibility include the following:

• Be the team's security and work for a good work environment and well-being

• Lead the team and be responsible for, for example, meeting structure and group meetings

• Proactively work to improve processes and routines together with other key personnel and actively work towards profitability and growth

• Support employees in their development

• Conduct salary discussions and be responsible for the group's salary review

• Manage personnel issues within the team

• Work operationally with accounting, both with your own clients but primarily as support for employees

Based on your previous experiences and interests, there is also the opportunity to fine-tune the role according to your wishes, where you can put your own stamp on the position.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working in accounting and feel confident in all aspects of accounting

• Have an interest in leadership and personnel

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish

It is an extra merit if you:

• Have work experience as an accounting consultant at a firm

• Have previous leadership experience

• Have experience in group accounting

• Have good knowledge of English

• Have experience with the systems Fortnox, Netsuite, or Business Central
