Business Developer in Close Care North

The area includes primary care and ambulance services in Åre, Krokom, and Strömsund municipalities. We operate at seven health centers, three ambulance stations, and two branch clinics. In parts of our area, the operations are influenced by tourism, which means that the services vary depending on the season. There is also a close care department (NÄVA) in Strömsund.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will report directly to the operations manager and be part of the area's management team. The role has a clear strategic and operational focus with the task of driving improvement and change work in close collaboration with the operations.

You are expected to see the big picture, identify areas for development, and translate analysis into concrete actions. The work is carried out in close cooperation with other business developers, the management team, and internal functions such as HR and finance.

A central part of the task is to contribute to work that provides the operations with a good balance between productivity, quality, and working environment.

Examples of tasks:

• Map the operations and produce decision-making materials and clear summaries
• Work with production and capacity planning as well as quality and improvement work
• Prepare materials for patient safety reports, monthly and quarterly reports, and other follow-ups
• Review and compile deviations, handle Lex Maria cases and IVO cases
• Conduct analyses and follow up on decided actions

The role involves a fast pace and a broad network of contacts. You need to enjoy working both strategically and operationally, independently and collaboratively.

QUALIFICATIONS

A license in healthcare is required. We prefer that you have education or experience in quality development, process mapping, project management, flow work, or facilitation.

You are accustomed to working in the Cosmic journal system. Experience with systems such as Centuri, Prodiver, Diverport, and the Office suite is advantageous. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have experience working in politically governed operations.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and action-oriented. You take initiative, drive issues forward, and create engagement in development work. You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and work with several parallel processes without losing direction.

You are communicative, attentive, and have an easy time building trust. With a solution-oriented and unpretentious approach, you contribute to a positive and developing work climate.
