Do you want to help build real customer loyalty? We are now looking for more colleagues for Synsam's loyalty department.

About the position Synsam continues to develop the customer experience and is now strengthening its efforts to create even better relationships with our customers. As part of this, we are investing in our loyalty function – an important part of our work to be more proactive, customer-oriented, and service-focused.

As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will work to contact our existing customers before their scheduled eye examinations. By reaching out in advance, you create a safe and smooth experience for the customer while helping our stores to be even better prepared for the customer visit.

You will be an important link between the customer and the store, and an extended arm to the store team.

Your responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone before their scheduled eye examinations • Verify booked times and ensure all information is correct • Address the customer's needs and questions before the visit • Create added value through service and relevant offers • Document important information that the optician can refer to before the meeting

You will work closely with both colleagues in the loyalty team and our store teams across the country.

Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and creating great customer experiences. You are comfortable on the phone, responsive to the customer's needs, and motivated to contribute to both service and results.

We would like you to have

• High school diploma • Experience in service and/or sales • Good computer skills • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English

Experience in the optical industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

Other information Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 with some flexibility Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period
