You understand the importance of the whole for the guest's experience; cleaning toilets, serving breakfast buffets, and checking in at the reception are all part of good hospitality. What does the role of Mountain Host entail?Welcome and serve guests
Clean rooms and common areas - our most important hospitality
Light cooking and serving in the kitchen and restaurant
Support and assist colleagues across departmental boundaries
We often work in small teams where flexibility and initiative are important. The positions are versatile and include several areas of work.
Who are you?A team player who wants to be part of a wonderful team
Responsible and concerned about contributing to the overall experience for our guests
Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English
You need to be good at collaborating and appreciate living collectively, as we both live and work together
Meritorious if you have experience in hotel cleaning, restaurant serving, reception and booking systems and/or work in a large kitchen.
What can you expect as an employee:Employment type: Seasonal work
Work percentage 80%
Monthly salary according to collective agreement: Visita/HRFs Green National Agreement and Tourist Supplement
Work schedule follows the needs of the business and includes work on both weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening
Cost deduction according to collective agreement, regulated by the Tax Agency
Staff accommodation with rent deduction, together with colleagues at the mountain station
Internal training relevant to your position, e.g. sustainability & hospitality
Leisure with the mountains just outside the door
