About the Customer Service Representative Role
In this assignment, you will work in Jämtkraft's 1st line support - the company's primary point of contact with customers. The role involves creating a positive and value-adding customer experience by handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, chats, and social media.
This is more than a traditional customer service job. You will work both reactively and proactively: you will help customers with questions and cases while exploring needs, identifying business opportunities, and presenting relevant products and services. You will also participate in campaigns, events, and activities that strengthen customer relationships and create loyalty.
As a customer service representative, you become an important part of Jämtkraft's work for a sustainable society - where every customer interaction makes a difference.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Daily contact with Jämtkraft customers via incoming and outgoing calls
• Attend to customers via phone and email with high service and professionalism
• Inform about Jämtkraft's products and services in a trustworthy manner
• Explore customer needs and offer relevant solutions through active cross-selling
• Work towards set goals for sales and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to developing customer relationships and identifying improvement opportunities
• Participate in campaigns, activities, and follow-up of business opportunities
• Share ideas and insights that improve working methods and customer dialogues

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who have experience in customer service, sales, or other relationship-building work where you are accustomed to creating value in every customer interaction. You have an easy time communicating, listening to customer needs, and building trust-based dialogues.
With a business mindset and a solution-oriented approach, you contribute to both satisfied customers and achieving good results through active cross-selling.
You are an initiative-taking team player with natural drive and a passion for delivering top-class service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, switch quickly between different tasks, and work confidently in multiple digital systems simultaneously.

Requirements

• At least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on service, sales, or administration
• Experience in customer service, sales, or active cross-selling
• Good system proficiency and ability to handle multiple digital tools simultaneously
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
