Your new job

This autumn, we are expanding our group activities! This means that significantly more participants will be offered the opportunity to join groups with different themes, in order to meet the increased need for activities resulting from the activity requirement reform. As a coordinator with us, you have a central role in ensuring our group operations function smoothly in everyday life. You are the person who ensures that planning, staffing, and logistics hold together, that participants feel welcome, and that the operations run smoothly from morning to evening.

By being the face of our premises and welcoming our participants, you contribute to creating a safe and professional environment. The role involves many contacts and close collaboration with employment consultants, group leaders, and other functions within the operation.

This is a role for you if you thrive when there is a lot happening around you, if you like creating structure, and if you have an easy time building relationships. You are secure, warm, and clear – a person that both participants and colleagues gladly turn to when they need support.

When something unexpected happens, you are the one who quickly finds solutions and keeps the operation running.

Common tasks

As a coordinator, you are a very important part of our team. You contribute with your skills by:

• Planning and coordinating group activities and schedules
• Being responsible for attendance registration, follow-up, and reporting
• Serving as the contact person for questions regarding activities, schedules, and participation
• Ensuring that premises, resources, and staffing function according to plan
• Supporting and coordinating group leaders in their daily work
• Introducing and welcoming participants to the operation
• Contributing to structure, order, and common working methods in the operation
• Following up on practical matters and ensuring that routines are followed
• Leading group activities yourself or covering for absences if needed
• Coordinating the practical safety work of the operation, such as alarms, access systems, premises security, and evacuation routines
• Participating in the development of the operation and contributing to continuous improvements

In short, you are the person who notices when something is about to fall through the cracks – and makes sure it doesn't.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have very good administrative skills and who thrive in a role where structure, planning, and coordination are central. You have an easy time keeping track of many parts at the same time without losing sight of the big picture.

You are clear and secure in your way of leading and coordinating, while at the same time being unpretentious and ready to help where needed. You build trusting relationships, collaborate well with others, and contribute to a positive work environment.

You are solution-oriented and see possibilities even when conditions change quickly. You have good digital skills and an easy time learning new systems.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience in coordination, administration, or coordinating tasks
• Good digital competence and experience working in administrative systems
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in the field of employment, social services, or rehabilitation
• Experience with group activities or group leadership
• Experience working with people who are far from the labor market
• Experience with practical safety work in operational premises
• Knowledge of work-oriented rehabilitation or cooperation between authorities
