About the role

As an optical assistant, you are a vital part of the customer's experience – from the initial welcome in the store to when the customer leaves with their finished glasses.

You work closely with our opticians and have a varied workday where service, advice, administration, and practical tasks are mixed. Here, we help each other, and the whole team contributes to creating the best possible experience for our customers.

The duties include among other things:

• Customer service and advice
• Booking customers and telephone service
• Orders, unpacking, and dispensing of glasses
• Adjustment and simple repairs of frames
• Fitting of frames
• Involvement in the store's daily development

We have our own workshop, which is an important part of the business and contributes to the high quality and service we offer our customers. For those who are curious, there are good opportunities to develop and learn more parts of the business over time.
