About the role ⚡

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, your role is crucial for positive customer experiences and successful service. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, helping customers through engaged service and technical skills, creating well-tailored solutions for their needs.

You will:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement

  • Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Requirements for the role

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Completed upper secondary education
