In this position, you help customers plan and book their train journeys in a smooth and secure way – from the first question to the finished ticket. You will be part of a close-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration as much as individual freedom.

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement

• Provide personal service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their trips

• Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Previous experience in service and train booking is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of English

• Good computer skills

• Approved high school education

• Start: By agreement

• Employment type: Permanent full-time employment

• Working hours: 07.00-18.00 weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
