As a technical customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, chats, and help customers through engaged service and technical skill, creating well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs.

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement

• Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management

• Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate
