We are looking for a structured and service-oriented employee for a role where planning, customer contact, and quick adjustments are a natural part of everyday life. You will work in a dynamic environment where you schedule staff, book and reschedule customers, and are responsible for travel and time planning to and from our customers. You will follow up to ensure that the planning works in practice and make adjustments as conditions change.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff
• Book customers and plan travel
• Follow up on planning and adjust as needed
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and employees

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (required)
• Good computer skills
• Experience in service, planning, or administration is an advantage

• Stress-resistant and flexible
• Structured with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills

Employment conditions

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–17:00, weekdays without weekends
• Start date: by agreement, no later than week 31
