About the position ⚡As a sales customer service representative, you are the first point of contact when customers reach out - and see every call as an opportunity. You will primarily be selling electricity contracts with additional services to private customers. With your combination of service mindset, business drive, and attentiveness, you will find solutions that create satisfied customers and strong results.
You will:
Receive incoming customer calls where you quickly identify needs and convert each dialogue into business opportunities.
Work towards clear sales goals - both individually and together with your team.
Close deals, drive sales, and maximize your own commission.
Handle back-office tasks and ensure that each case is managed correctly - an important step in creating high customer satisfaction and quality in every contact.
Build long-term customer relationships through close and professional communication across multiple channels.
Always guaranteed base salary with an attractive commission model with no cap. Here you can set the bar for your own salary!

Requirements for the positionFluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
Good knowledge of English
Good computer skills
Approved high school education
Start: 2026-04-20
