Salesperson & Store Manager at SALAB in Sveg

Do you want to work with snowmobiles, ATVs, and recreational vehicles in an industry where passion meets business?

We are now looking for a salesperson who also wants to take on the role of store manager and help develop SALAB further.

SALAB has been around for over 40 years, helping customers in Härjedalen make the most of their leisure time.

We are a family-run business with strong relationships with our loyal customers – many have been shopping with us for generations. At the same time, we are looking forward and welcoming new customers who seek quality, service, and expertise.

SALAB is now part of the same initiative as VEMA Motor/Vemdalen Experience. Together, we strengthen our position in powersports in the region and create new opportunities for growth, development, and an even stronger offering to our customers.

We work with strong brands in powersports and leisure, including:

• Husqvarna
• Linder boats
• Suzuki

This spring, we are also launching our new initiative for Husqvarna forestry & gardening – an important part of our development moving forward.

But our main focus is clear:

Vehicles and powersports – snowmobiles, ATVs, and everything around them.

Your Role

As a salesperson and store manager, you will be a key person in the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Sales of new and used snowmobiles, ATVs, and boats
• Sales of accessories, clothing, and spare parts
• Customer advice and closing deals
• Trade-ins and valuation of used items
• The daily operation of the store
• Order, structure, and customer experience
• Inventory and supplier contacts

You are the face of the store and an important part of continuing to build SALAB's strong reputation in the region.

We are looking for someone who

• Has sales experience, preferably in vehicles or leisure
• Is business-minded and results-oriented
• Is self-driven and structured
• Thrives in a role with responsibility
• Has an interest in engines, leisure, and technology
• Has a B driver's license

Experience with snowmobiles, ATVs, or powersports is a plus.
