About the job as a Customer Service Representative
In this assignment, you will work in Jämtkraft's 1st line support - the company's primary contact point with customers.
As a customer service representative at Jämtkraft, you will create a positive customer experience by handling incoming calls, emails, and social media with the aim of delivering a positive and value-creating customer experience. You drive business by actively contacting customers where you explore needs, identify new business opportunities, and present relevant products and services. You will also be involved in campaigns and events and contribute to strengthening customer loyalty through smart solutions and genuine engagement. As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of Jämtkraft's work for a sustainable society - where every customer interaction makes a difference. This is an assignment for you who are looking for something more than a regular customer service job!
Summary of responsibilities:
- Daily contact with Jämtkraft's customers through incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to customers via phone and email with high service and professionalism
- Inform about Jämtkraft's products and services in a trustworthy manner
- Explore customer needs to offer relevant and quality solutions
- Work towards set goals for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to developing customer relationships and identifying improvement opportunities
- Provide ideas and insights to improve work methods and customer dialogues
- Follow up on new business opportunities and participate in campaigns and activities
The candidate we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, sales, and relationship-building work focused on creating value in every customer interaction. You have good communication skills, are attentive, and find it easy to build trust in conversations and dialogues. With a business-oriented mindset and a solution-oriented approach, you contribute to creating positive customer experiences and work to achieve good results.
You are an initiative-taking team player with a natural drive and a passion for delivering world-class service. You enjoy taking initiatives, have a natural drive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every customer interaction counts. You are used to working independently but also enjoy collaborating with others, and have the ability to switch between different tasks and systems with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- You have at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on service, sales, or administration.
- Experience in customer service and sales with good results
- Good system proficiency and ability to handle multiple digital tools simultaneously
- Fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
