Manager in LSS / Support for Function – Åre Municipality

Brief description of the assignment

Åre Municipality is seeking an experienced manager in LSS/support for function for a mission of great importance to the organization. The assignment includes overall responsibility for the management, governance, and development of the support for function operations, focusing on quality, work environment, and sound financial management.

The assignment is critical to the operations and partially sensitive in nature, which places high demands on both professional experience and personal suitability.

Responsibilities and areas of responsibility

The consultant is responsible for:

• Management and governance of the operations
• Work environment responsibility according to applicable legislation
• Personnel responsibility, including employee management and follow-up
• Financial responsibility (budget, follow-up, and resource management)
• Collaboration according to applicable agreements and guidelines
• Cooperation with internal and external parties

Necessary experience for the assignment

The consultant should have:

• Documented managerial experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances
• Several years of experience working within LSS/support for function
• Good understanding of municipal operations and its regulations

Working hours

Regular working hours: 08:00–17:00

On-call / standby: No
