Do you want to combine sales with leadership and take full business responsibility? We are now looking for a sales-oriented team leader who wants to drive both their own and the team's results in a central and business-oriented role.
Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an operational, results-oriented, and sales-driven team leader who combines personal sales responsibility with leading and developing a team of three salespeople. The role is central in the organization and reports directly to the Product Owner and Operations Manager.

As a sales-oriented team leader, you have a clear business, budget, and results responsibility and work closely with both the team and management to drive sales forward. In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Driving and developing sales together with the team, with responsibility for budget, results, and profitability.
  • Leading, coaching, and following up with the salespeople in their daily work to ensure high activity, quality, and business acumen.
  • Creating structure and development through KPI follow-ups, joint meetings, and improving working methods and sales processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in sales to businesses and/or consumers.
  • Previous experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
  • Familiarity with working towards goals, budgets, and results follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in machinery sales is a significant asset for this role.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and clearly results-oriented. You are a natural leader who creates engagement, participation, and accountability within the team. With a business-oriented and solution-focused approach, you have the ability to prioritize correctly and make well-founded decisions. You are unpretentious and operational, and you enjoy combining leadership with your own sales work.



Other Information

Scope: Full-time.
Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
Start Date: By agreement. 
Salary: Monthly salary + commission.
Working Hours: Weekdays and office hours with the possibility of flexible hours.
