Bilbolaget has been around since 1932 and operates in various areas of car ownership, being Norrland's leading dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Ford, Polestar, Lynk & Co, and used cars. We sell passenger cars and commercial vehicles, have a rental car business, workshops, tire hotels, offer refueling, washing, and charging, and have well-stocked auto parts stores. Bilbolaget has about 500 employees and is located in 15 locations in Northern Sweden.

About the Position

Bilbolaget is evolving, and we need to strengthen our team with a Flow Planner. Bilbolaget is on an exciting journey where we are developing our support functions to better support our operations. One of these is the Flow Planner.

In the role of Flow Planner, you will ensure the preparation of new and traded-in used cars, planning them into the flow at our workshops to shorten lead times while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. The workshop flow includes; arrival control, reconditioning, car sales, workshop, body shop, and photography.

You act as the spider in the web and have contacts with both external and, above all, internal stakeholders. As a Flow Planner, you will plan the flow for several facilities simultaneously. Your contribution supports the workshops by simplifying and reducing planning disruptions.

Responsibilities

Your tasks mainly consist of:

• Monitoring cars that have arrived at the facility
• Creating work orders as a basis for the workshop
• Making appointments with the workshop/body shop/reconditioning
• Continuously following up that all parties perform their tasks and that completed cars are booked for delivery by salespeople
• Continuously carrying out the administrative tasks that arise

Requirements

You who are applying can express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. You also have good computer skills. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previous experience in administration and/or logistics. If you have previously worked in the automotive industry, that is a plus.

As a person, you are collaborative and organized. You have a great habit of driving your own work all the way to completion with good quality throughout.
