About the Role ⚡

Do you want to work in a role where every conversation can take you to a new destination? Here you will combine customer service with a genuine interest in travel. In this role, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys in a smooth and secure way – from the first question to the finished ticket. You will become part of a tight-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration just as much as individual freedom.

You will:

  • Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement.

  • Provide personal service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their journeys.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management.

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

Previous experience in service and train booking is an asset, but not a requirement – we will give you the tools to succeed!

Requirements for the Role

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Completed upper secondary education.

Employment Type and Start Date 🌞

  • Start: By agreement.

  • Employment Type: We initially offer a temporary contract based on need, with good opportunities for a permanent position for the right person.

  • Working Hours: 07:00–18:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
