About the Role ⚡
Do you want to work in a role where every conversation can take you to a new destination? Here you will combine customer service with a genuine interest in travel. In this role, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys in a smooth and secure way – from the first question to the finished ticket. You will become part of a tight-knit team that works closely together and values collaboration just as much as individual freedom.
You will:
Receive incoming customer calls and address customer needs with professionalism and engagement.
Provide personal service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their journeys.
Handle administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management.
Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

We are looking for you if 👀
You have an interest in customer service and are driven to develop within the field.

You enjoy collaborating to achieve both common and individual goals.
You are punctual and meticulous in your work and have an eye for quality.
Previous experience in service and train booking is an asset, but not a requirement – we will give you the tools to succeed!
Requirements for the Role
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of English.
Good computer skills.
Completed upper secondary education.
Employment Type and Start Date 🌞
Start: By agreement.
Employment Type: We initially offer a temporary contract based on need, with good opportunities for a permanent position for the right person.
Working Hours: 07:00–18:00 on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
