As a customer service representative at Bonnier, you will work in a dynamic workplace surrounded by engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. Your main tasks will include answering incoming calls and emails from customers regarding subscription and invoice inquiries and other matters, as well as asking relevant questions to find customer-specific offers. Working hours are varied on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM. Sales is a natural part of every call, creating opportunities to tailor solutions based on each customer's needs.

At Bonnier, you will have the opportunity to develop in sales and have the chance to influence your own salary. There is no cap on commission, meaning you can earn really well – in addition to your base salary! In this position, we offer employment based at the office in Östersund.

We are looking for someone who

Has a strong sense of service, is outgoing, wants to provide the best possible customer experience, is goal-oriented, and loves sales. You are a team player who wants to contribute to positive results and a good atmosphere, who is passionate about solving what the customer needs help with while also focusing on sales. You are honest, humble, and listen to the customer and their needs. You are also a motivating, loyal, and helpful person who supports others and effectively solves problems that arise.

Overall, you should resolve the customer's issue in the best possible way and deliver a world-class customer experience.

We want you to meet the following:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills
• Approved high school grades in Swedish A or 1 and English A or 5
• If you have previous experience in service and sales, we see this as an advantage

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time employment. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

WORKING HOURS: Varying during opening hours, Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00
