Do you want to work in a technical environment and contribute to the development of mobile healthcare systems? We are now looking for a structured system administrator who wants to work closely with engineers and specialists to ensure that the right component and article information is in place for development and deliveries. About the position
As a system administrator, you will support a team working on the development and delivery of mobile healthcare systems. You will work closely with domain specialists, engineers, purchasing, and marketing, playing a central role in ensuring that correct information is available in the article database. The role is administrative but in a technically advanced environment where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are crucial. To fit in this role, you are unpretentious, willing to ask questions, and have a natural curiosity when you need to find out information.

Job responsibilities
The role involves managing and structuring critical information for medical products, ensuring data quality, and supporting system deliveries in a dynamic environment.
You will, among other things:
- Ensure correct component and article data in the business system
- Collect and structure technical information from internal functions and manufacturers
- Update and administer articles and related documentation in the business system and Excel
- Ensure that correct information is available for purchasing and system deliveries
- Collaborate with internal functions such as purchasing, development, and international teams
We are looking for someone who
- Has good system skills and very good knowledge of Excel
- Has an interest in technology and the ability to create structure in large information flows
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work
It is a merit if you have
- Experience working in IFS or similar business systems
- Experience from the healthcare sector or working with medical technology products
- Experience in article administration, component management, or similar
- Healthcare education, technical education, or engineering background

Working hours: 07:30-16:00
The position is security-classified, which means that a security check will be conducted before employment. The security check includes a background check and security interview in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
