As a Business Controller at Axavia, you will become an important part of our projects and business operations. You will work closely with the operations, contributing analysis, structure, and business acumen to everything from estimates to forecasts.

• Monitoring projects together with the site manager.
• Participating in post-project accounting and ongoing analysis.
• Supporting sales in tender work and business proposals.
• Supporting budget and forecast work, both at project and business levels.
• Conducting market analysis and contributing to market communication.
• Working in systems and ensuring high data quality.
• Supporting the operations in contractual legal aspects and general terms and conditions.
• Acting as the link between projects and finance, from daily challenges to strategic decisions.

You will primarily work with the contracting business but will also support other business areas.

You have an economic background or experience in a similar role, preferably from the contracting, construction, industrial, or other project-intensive environments.

• Analytical and business-driven; you see trends, risks, and opportunities.
• IT-literate and confident with Excel and Office365.
• Process-oriented with good structure.
• Communicative; you can explain figures so that others understand them.
• Collaborative and enjoy working with many points of contact.
• Flexible.
• Relationship-building and able to act as a bridge between the project's various functions.

Industry experience and knowledge of contracting law are a significant plus.
