About the position

Perido is now helping an authority in Östersund to find an engaged registrar. The authority needs to temporarily strengthen the unit for Archives and Registry, where you will assist the existing registry with the registration of certain cases and handle other usual tasks within the registry. You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to ensuring a legally secure and efficient case management. The work takes place on-site at the office.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working in a government authority as a registrar
• Very good knowledge of the regulations for case registration within government operations
• Certified registrar, registrar training at the university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one (1) year of work experience as a registrar
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.)
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the responsibilities of registrars
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-09-30, with the possibility of extension. Start date 2026-04-01.
