Experienced Archivist/Registrar Needed for Government Agency

We are now seeking an experienced archivist/registrar for a consulting assignment with a government agency, starting as soon as possible. The assignment is planned until September 2026 with the possibility of extension.

About the position

You will assist the organization with:

• Registration of incoming and outgoing documents
• Handling of certain cases according to applicable regulations
• Other usual tasks within registration and case management

The work is carried out in close collaboration with existing registrars and in accordance with the agency's routines and processes.

Who are you?

To be considered for the assignment, you have many years of experience working as a registrar at a government agency and very good knowledge of the regulations for registration within public operations. You are well acquainted with the usual tasks within registration and manage registration and cases independently, systematically, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

You are responsible and meticulous in your work, with a high quality awareness and understanding of legal certainty. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with colleagues and other functions within the agency. At the same time, you have a holistic perspective and understand the importance of registration in the organization's overall processes. You have a professional and pleasant demeanor and contribute to a well-functioning collaboration both internally and externally.
