About the Job

As a coordinator, you will review documents before the initiation of a debt restructuring. You will handle many external contacts and play an important role in the debt restructuring unit. Through your work, you help people find solutions and change their situations.

Your tasks include registering documents and other information in our IT system regarding debt restructuring cases. The work also involves close collaboration with other teams within the debt restructuring.

Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. As a coordinator, you may, for example, alert other authorities if a person is receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you helping to stop incorrect payments from the welfare system.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

It is desirable that you have relevant work experience in similar administrative tasks within the Enforcement Authority.

Good to Know

The employment is temporary full-time from April to August, with start date according to agreement. The Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.

Working in the government means adhering to the government’s core values. There are also special requirements for judgment, security awareness, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also posed to references. We also gather information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Any information obtained will be included in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision is made. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
