In this position, you will help customers plan and book their train journeys smoothly and securely – from the first question to the completed ticket. • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

• Provide personal service and guidance by helping customers plan and book their travels

• Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Previous experience in service and train booking is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

• Good knowledge of English

• Good computer skills

• Approved high school education

• Start: By agreement

• Working hours: 07:00-18:00 weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
