Summer Job in Claims Adjustment in Jämtland and Härjedalen

This is an opportunity to develop and learn a new professional role with us. You will belong to one of our claims groups, where you and your colleagues work to help customers settle their claims. Working in claims adjustment involves a mix of freedom under responsibility, independence, and teamwork. About Us

Our claims department consists of over 35 employees who assist our customers when they have encountered an incident. Within the department, there are three groups that work with different types of claims – vehicle claims, property and building claims, and pest control. We are now looking for summer substitutes for vehicle claims and property and building claims.

About the Job

In claims adjustment, you will have an outward-facing role where you help our customers in Jämtland and Härjedalen who have been affected by a claim. You will receive claims notifications digitally, via phone, and during customer visits at our office. Your task will be to assist customers in resolving simpler claims within the framework of applicable insurance terms and legislation.
