Are you an experienced specialist in learning and communication with strong digital skills? We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a government agency's competence development by planning, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives. In this role, you will combine pedagogical support with the production of target group-adapted material for digital channels. You will work closely with the organization to identify learning needs, hold workshops, and develop accessible and engaging training initiatives.

About the assignment

We are now looking for a communicator for a government agency for an assignment focused on education. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia. The assignment is expected to start immediately and last until the end of the year. The scope is 100% full-time. There is an opportunity for remote work up to 2 days a week.

Your tasks

The assignment involves supporting competence development efforts by planning, implementing, and evaluating communication initiatives related to training within the agency.

The work may include:

• Capturing and analyzing learning needs in the organization, for example, by holding workshops.

• Providing pedagogical support to teachers and others working with learning within the agency.

• Developing and updating materials for competence development initiatives that support learning in digital channels.

Your qualifications

• Higher education in media and communication or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, basic higher education eligibility and five (5) years of work experience as a communicator.

• Professional experience in digital communication.

• Experience working with web publishing tools.

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.

• Experience in creating presentations.

• Good knowledge and experience in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics, still photography, and video production in editing tools for graphic design and media.

• Current and very good experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition.

To fit this role, we also see that you should have the ability to pedagogically guide others in communication issues. Furthermore, we expect you to have a good ability to create pedagogical solutions related to learning and knowledge of requirements for digital accessibility.
