Temporary Coordinator at Marielund Home Care

At Marielund Home Care, you will be part of a wonderful team that works together to provide our citizens with the best possible care. You will be located in our newly renovated premises, centrally located by Österängsparken, a facility we share with four other home care groups. In the building, there are several other coordinators, as well as home care staff, managers, and licensed personnel, ensuring that there is always an opportunity for collegial support.

We are currently seeking a temporary coordinator for 100% from June 8, 2026, to August 21, 2026. Working hours are weekdays approximately 06:30 - 15:30.

Your New Job

As a coordinator with us, you are the spider in the web who organizes and manages the daily operations of our home care unit. You will handle everything from administration and staffing during absences to supporting our fantastic home care staff in their daily work. As a coordinator, you report directly to the unit manager and have a significant influence on your workday. You act as a good ambassador for the employer and the workplace. As a summer substitute, you will work alongside the regular coordinator to jointly manage the day's planning.

Common Tasks

The work includes administrative tasks and involves independent work as well as close collaboration with the unit manager, sector administrator, and other employees within the unit, as well as with other parties. With your holistic view, good judgment, and clear communication, you ensure that the daily work in the unit functions smoothly. This may include:

  • Staffing personnel based on financial frameworks/budgeted hours during absences
  • Planning daily interventions for our citizens
  • Maintaining routines for good order and ensuring effective planning

The unit manager may delegate other tasks in addition to this.

Your Competence

Requirements

  • High school education
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with systems

Meritorious

  • Administrative education
  • Experience in home care work
  • Experience working with relevant operational systems such as Heroma, Viva, and Kompanion
  • Experience in coordination or operational planning
