The HR and finance unit consists of HR, payroll, and finance functions, totaling 12 employees. We have a close collaboration with each other and are a cheerful and cohesive team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The person we are looking for will work together with the other two HR specialists on matters related to the personnel area. You will primarily work with labor law and contractual issues. The tasks include operationally training, assisting, and supporting managers in relevant personnel matters. You will also work on strategic development issues within the area and assist managers in negotiations, processing, and preparation of cases. There are great opportunities to distribute existing tasks within the group based on interest and experience.
Remote work is possible based on the needs of the organization. We also offer wellness hours and wellness vouchers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have a degree from the HR program or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have at least two years of relevant work experience. It is a plus if you have completed advanced courses in labor law and/or have experience and knowledge in the field of labor law.
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and flexible. You have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and have a good ability to create trusting relationships. You also have integrity and can independently provide support and advice to employees and managers. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Computer skills and a B driver's license are required.
