Strömsund Municipality is looking for a temporary administrator for the municipal office's reception and customer service.
Within the unit, four people work to provide professional service to both citizens and internal employees, playing an important role in the municipality's outward face.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role combines customer service with administrative tasks and classic reception work.
Your tasks include:
- Reception & switchboard: Welcoming visitors, handling switchboard calls, mail management, and bookings.
- Customer service: Answering questions regarding water and sewage (VA) and waste management via phone and email, handling invoice inquiries, and performing registry maintenance.
- Administration: Scanning invoices, internal and external invoicing, and ongoing administrative tasks and service to employees.
We use job rotation, which means you will gain broad skills and have varied workdays as tasks change from day to day. Work is scheduled, and there is some opportunity for remote work on a limited basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with education and/or experience in administration.
- You have good computer skills and experience with Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, and customer databases is an advantage.
- You express yourself well in speech and writing and have a good command of the Swedish language.
