In the Operations Support department, we support other internal operations so that we can collectively achieve the goals of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. We do this by providing support and services in areas such as office services, facility management, procurement, scanning, record-keeping, and archiving.

Administrative Support

As an administrative officer (archive assistant), you will be part of a group consisting of a total of 23 employees. You create added value for the agency by providing administrative and operational support in archive management and retrieval of documents. You participate in updating and managing support documents and processes. You also contribute to production improvement and quality enhancement measures within your own operations. Heavy lifting and forklift handling are part of the operations.

As an archive assistant, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. As an employee of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high security awareness since the agency comes into contact with confidential information.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a high school diploma or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has a good ability to use a computer as a working tool
  • has a systematic and meticulous working method
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • quickly identifies problems and solves them in a relevant manner.

It is advantageous if you

  • have served at an archive institution and/or public administration
  • have knowledge and experience in case management and responding to inquiries regarding archive materials.

Other

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Location: Östersund.
