Project Administrator Wanted

We are now looking for a project administrator with good experience in coordinating tasks, working collaboratively with others, and creating order and structure. About the Position

As a project administrator, you will support project and product leaders by compiling, coordinating, archiving, and following up on administrative tasks. You may also be given responsibility for carrying out specific tasks. As a project administrator, you will also be responsible for common office administration, where contacts with suppliers and customers are a natural part of the job. You will work independently with administrative tasks such as registering documents, maintaining registers, creating clear structures in shared document folders, and providing support regarding digital permissions. The role also includes responsibility for developing and streamlining administrative work for increased clarity.

The position is located in Östersund at the CBRN unit, Home Guard, and Unmanned Systems.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed a high school diploma or equivalent competence that we assess as comparable. You have current and relevant experience working independently as an administrator, and to succeed in the role, we also see that you have good knowledge of the Office suite. You also have a good ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have experience or education in document and case management, as well as experience with SharePoint. Experience in project work is also an advantage. If you have worked with administrative tasks in a government agency or in an organization with high demands on integrity and security awareness, that is a plus. Experience in the defense sector is also advantageous.
