Do you want a central role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly every day?

We are looking for a temporary operational support who wants to contribute to our operations and work with staffing and planning. You will be a key person in our daily operations, working closely with the unit manager, deputy unit manager, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. You will be part of the home care team for operational support and will receive support from them.

Selection and interviews will take place continuously, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will support the unit manager and work with administrative tasks related to personnel planning, payroll management, and finance, as well as assist employees with questions regarding personnel administration and daily operational issues.
  • You will have an overview of resources and needs in the operations and will alert the manager if resource availability or needs change.
  • You will collaborate with coordinators, planners/operational support, and the Resource Center regarding staffing and daily operations for your units.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills.
  • Driver's license (B).

Desirable:

  • Experience in planning and staffing work, preferably within social work.

  • You have a structured working method, are solution-focused, and have a good ability to collaborate.
  • You thrive in a role where you need to be flexible and have the ability to prioritize based on the needs of the operations.
  • You are attentive, resilient under stress, and can quickly resolve situations that arise.
